  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

  • Orders placed during peak periods may require additional processing time

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are provided as flat rate

  • Estimated delivery times provided by USPS are not guaranteed

  • Epic Collection LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Epic Collection LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or loss due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS:

  • Responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier

  • Epic Collection LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees

  • Epic Collection LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
