What if my image is low resolution?
You can still submit it. If an uploaded image appears low resolution, our configurator may show a warning. Our design team may adjust the crop, layout, or sizing to create the best possible final card, but sharper original images will usually print better.

Is the Design Reference an exact preview?
No. The Design Reference shows the general style of the selected card design. Your final card is customized by our design team using your uploaded image, selected design, color variation, name, school, mascot, optional logo, and designer notes.
Can I order a 5-card bundle for one player?
Yes. Choose the same-player option and enter the shared player information once. You can still upload a different image and notes for each card in the bundle.
Can I order a 5-card bundle with different players?
Yes. Choose the different players/cards option and enter unique details, images, and notes for each card.
What is the difference between Base and Premium cards?
Base cards are printed on durable white plastic with a clean, vibrant finish. Premium cards are printed on reflective holographic plastic for a shinier, high-impact collector-style look.
What type of image should I upload?
Clear, high-resolution images work best. Bright action shots, full-body photos, and waist-up photos usually create the best final card. Avoid blurry screenshots, dark photos, heavily cropped images, and images pulled from social media when possible.
What happens if my image is low resolution?
You can still submit it. Our configurator may show a low-resolution warning, and our design team may adjust the crop, layout, or sizing to create the best possible result. Sharper original images will usually print better.
Do I need to upload a school logo?
No. A school logo is optional. If you upload one, our design team may use it to create a more custom look. If you do not upload a logo, we can design the card using the player image, name, school, mascot, colors, and notes provided.
Can I request custom colors?
Yes. Some designs allow custom color requests. Our design team may adjust the final shades to best match the uploaded photo, logo, uniform, and overall card design.
Can I buy extra copies?
Yes. Extra copies of the same configured order are discounted. Single-card extra copies save 50%, and 5-card bundle extra copies save 20%.
Can I change the player, image, or design on an extra copy?
No. Extra-copy pricing only applies to duplicate copies of the same configured card or bundle. If you change the player, image, design, or custom details, it is treated as a new custom order.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
At this time, orders are finalized by our design team using the information provided at checkout. Please include any important design notes before adding your order to the cart.
Can I pair my custom cards with a display?
Yes. Custom cards pair well with Elite Displays designed for personal sports moments, team gifts, senior nights, and collector-style sets.
